Silent Installation
For an unattended (silent) installation without going through the installation dialogs, e.g. Windows prompt, or in the context of a software distribution system, the STRAKON installation (setup.exe) can be started with the listed parameters.
Mandatory silent installation parameter:
/S | Put the installation in silent mode Patches do not have any other parameters. |
You can extend the main installation with the following parameters:
/NOTRIAL | On startup opens the dialog with the query for a release of the software, a dongle test or the start of STRAKON in viewer mode |
/NODSK | Prevents the creation of a shortcut to the STRAKON version on the desktop |
/EN /FR /PL | Installed in a foreign language (English, French or Polish) |
/HFT | Installs additional files for the semi precast parts module |
Additional parameters for a parallel/first installation:
/ALLUSERS | Installed for all users (common data directory below %ProgramData%) |
/TS | Apply settings (in case of a parallel installation, the settings from the version, one version number smaller, are applied) |
/N Name | Name used user name (Uname) used within STRAKON |
/F Firma | Company |
Additional parameters for an update installation (all parameters are mandatory, possibly existing parameters for a parallel installation are ignored):
/UPD | Update installation (always to the last STRAKON version found on the system) |
